Shelley Yu as a Legal Assistant for Reliance Law Firm, assist with all aspects of managerial functions, including researching relevant laws and regulations, managing client communications and customer service. She is currently enrolled and pursuing a Legal Assistant/Paralegal Certification at Blackstone Career Institute.

She began her career in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent and Lobby Lizard at Walt Disney World College Internship program. She moved to Las Vegas as part of Caesars Palace Hotel Operations Team and was later promoted to Director of Asian Dining. She then joined MGM Group and spent several years managing restaurants including Le Cirque, Picasso, Michael Mina and Joël Robuchon Restaurant. Shelley also has expertise in Hotel Sales, events, meetings and exhibitor space.
Shelley is an Expert Meetings Activator, Hospitality Problem Solver, Food and Beverage Specialist and Client Relationship Manager. She specializes in restoring profitability of underperforming businesses; establishing and maintaining an extensive client base, ensuring return business as well as new contacts.
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. She is a Certified Sake Professional and loves food and wine tasting. Shelley is a native Chinese and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
